Move Out Process 

1.  Text or email a picture of your space.

Be sure to SWEEP & CLEAN OUT SPACE and SPACE NUMBER clearly in view.

Messages MUST be sent from the primary phone number associated with the rental. A clean-up fee may apply if the unit is not left broom clean.



2.  Close and lock your space

That's it! Thank you for storing with us!  

No move-in or move-out prorations are provided. We will process your move-out quickly and be in touch if there are any problems.

Submissions are subject to authentication verification at our discretion. Submissions do not waive any outstanding balances or other obligations from your rental agreement.
